This weekend is a busy one at the Sellers/Main Library. Saturday is the 2nd Annual Truck Day, from 10 a.m. to noon. Come and see some big trucks and community helpers up close and personal. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Friends of the Upper Darby Libraries hold their Spring Book Sale in the barn. A lot of work has been done to the inside of the barn – come and take a look.
And finally, on Sunday, from 1:30 to 5 p.m., our new Job Center will be available. Four computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Publisher) will be available specifically for use by job seekers. The computers are on the second floor, are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and the usual two hour time limit will be suspended. Resource books and a staff member will also be available for assistance. Sign up in the Adult Library Reference Desk first.
