Branch Library Director Position

The Upper Darby Township & Sellers Memorial Library has an opening beginning this fall for a Branch Director. The branch is located in the Primos/Secane area of Upper Darby Township with a staff of 2 full time and 3 part-time library assistants. The position opens in September.

This is a full time position of 37 hours/week. Major responsibilities include supervision of circulation staff, programming, collection development and outreach. An MLS from an ALA accredited school is required, with 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with social media helpful. Salary is dependent on experience. A benefits package is included.
