This class will focus on low impact, static, and dynamic standing exercises to improve your mobility, strength, edurance, and overall balance to improve your quality of life.
Instructor, Donna Gallo, is the Program Manager of the Upper Darby Senior Center. Donna is a graduate of Harcum College and has been certified as an occupational therapy practioner since 1985.
The class is intended for Seniors 55 and up.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 12.
